My Core Strengths
Performance Mindset & Discipline
Shaped by over a decade of long-distance running, this background taught her consistency, resilience, and the ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure- qualities that translate directly into academic and professional excellence.
Community Leadership & Support
Gained through her work as a Resident Assistant on campus, where she supported residents, created events, and built a positive, inclusive community. This role strengthened her communication, problem-solving, and ability to guide others with empathy and professionalism.

Cross-Cultural Communication & Adaptability
Strengthened by moving alone from Poland to the U.S., extensive international travel, and a minor in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
These experiences built her confidence, cultural awareness, and ability to communicate with diverse groups- key skills in both client-facing and team environments.
Evidence-Based Nutrition Insight
Developed through advanced dietetics coursework and personal athletic experience, allowing her to translate research into practical, effective performance strategies.
