Get to
Know Me

Hello! I’m Oliwia Wawrzyniak, a nutrition student, international traveler, long-distance runner, and someone who believes deeply in the power of resilience and human potential. My journey began on the track, where more than ten years of elite competition shaped the way I approach every part of my life. Running taught me discipline, patience, and how to show up even when everything feels hard. It also gave me the chance to compete at the highest level, represent my country, and discover the strength that comes from chasing goals with my whole heart.

My background as an athlete is the reason I fell in love with nutrition. I experienced firsthand how the right fueling, recovery strategies, and mindset can change performance and health. Studying dietetics allows me to combine science with the lived experience of training, racing, injury, and rebuilding. I hope to use this knowledge to support athletes the way I once needed support myself: with empathy, real understanding, and evidence-based guidance.

At the same time, I pursued a minor in Tourism & Hospitality Management because I’ve always been fascinated by people, culture, and the art of creating meaningful experiences. Traveling across different countries taught me how to communicate across languages, adapt quickly, and connect with diverse groups. These skills translate into everything I do, whether I’m supporting residents, leading programs, or working in fast-paced environments where clarity and empathy matter.

I’ve also grown into a role that blends all my interests: educating, motivating, and building community. Through my content creation, event support, and student leadership, I’ve learned how to inspire others, whether they are trying to improve their health, navigate university life, or achieve new athletic goals. Helping people reach their potential brings me genuine joy. It is the heart of why I work so hard and why I’m not afraid of challenges or new opportunities.

At my core, I’m someone who values growth, resilience, and connection. I love turning setbacks into lessons, dreams into plans, and ideas into real action. Whether I’m working with athletes, supporting guests, or collaborating in a team, I bring the same energy: focus, compassion, curiosity, and a belief that with the right guidance, people can achieve far more than they imagine.

If you’d like to get to know me truly, I’m someone who doesn’t give up, who finds meaning in hard work, and who wants to spend her life helping others perform, live, and explore at their best.
